If it is discovered that a player has registered while under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus applicable processing fees.

Account Closure
Players may request closure of their ja666 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days. ja666 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit.
- Withdrawals are subject to account verification. ja666 may require KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above specified thresholds.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
- ja666 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
Currency: All transactions on ja666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Amounts displayed in your account balance, transaction history, and on-screen game stakes are denominated in BDT. International card transactions may be subject to foreign exchange conversion by your card issuer.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ja666 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ja666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ja666 content without express prior written permission.
Game content made available through the ja666 platform is provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. 9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Section 9 limits ja666's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Amendments and Termination
ja666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where a change is material, ja666 may also notify players via on-platform notification or via the registered mobile number. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
ja666 may terminate or suspend a player's account with immediate effect, without prior notice or liability, if the player has materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if ja666 is required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination for breach, ja666 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for urgent injunctive or other equitable relief.
Before initiating any formal dispute, players must contact ja666 customer support in writing and allow a minimum of five business days for ja666 to investigate and respond. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ja666 support, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution process available in the player's jurisdiction. ja666 does not accept disputes raised more than thirty (30) days after the event giving rise to the claim.
